Hydrix has landed a multi-year contract with the National Heart Centre Singapore, giving the ASX-listed technology group a foothold in one of Asia's most prominent cardiac hospitals and a reference customer it hopes will open doors across the region.
The deal will see Hydrix's wholly owned subsidiary Hydrix Medical deploy the Implicity cloud-based remote cardiac monitoring platform at the centre, known as NHCS.
NHCS is Singapore's national and regional referral centre for cardiovascular disease and a member of SingHealth, the country's largest healthcare group. Implicity builds remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management tools used by diagnostic testing facilities and electrophysiology centres, and is conducting research and development on AI-based algorithms aimed at preventive medicine.
Hydrix estimates the contract is worth about $0.625 million over three years, subject to the number of patients monitored, and will deliver annual recurring revenue of roughly A$0.21 million over the agreed term.
Under the agreement, NHCS will use the platform to help remotely monitor patients living with cardiac implantable electronic devices, a category that covers pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators and cardiac resynchronisation therapy devices. The platform pulls data from all major device manufacturers into a single interface, which Hydrix says improves workflow efficiency for clinicians and supports earlier intervention through advanced analytics.
Implementation is expected to begin shortly, with Implicity and Hydrix Medical handling the cloud deployment. Revenue flows to Hydrix once the platform is implemented. Pricing and patient numbers remain commercial-in-confidence.
Implicity chief executive Arnaud Rosier said, "We are delighted to see NHCS select the Implicity platform and are proud to continue our partnership with Hydrix Medical." He added that, "This deployment supports our international growth strategy and reinforces the value that next-generation remote monitoring and AI-enabled cardiac care can deliver to leading healthcare institutions."
Hydrix Medical Director of Sales and Operations Vickie Edwards said, "Securing National Heart Centre Singapore as a customer is a significant commercial milestone for Hydrix Medical and an important validation of our Asia-Pacific growth strategy."
She said, "NHCS is recognised as one of the leading cardiovascular institutions in the region, and its selection of the Implicity platform demonstrates the growing need for scalable digital health solutions that improve operational efficiency while supporting better patient outcomes." Looking ahead, Edwards said, "We see NHCS as an important reference site as we pursue additional opportunities throughout Singapore, Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region."
