Terragen appoints Scobie Ward to its board of directors

Australian biological agriculture company Terragen Holdings (ASX:TGH) has announced the appointment of Scobie Ward as a non-executive director.

Terragen develops and markets biological products for agricultural applications. 

Mr Ward was an early investor in Terragen, holding shares in the company prior to its IPO in 2019. He is currently the largest shareholder in the company.

He has over 30 years of investment management experience focusing on smaller listed companies. Mr Ward was also the co-founder and executive chairman of the investment firm Ward Ferry Management.

Mr Ward is a long-standing shareholder in Terragen, and this increased involvement in the business demonstrates his belief in the potential for Terragen’s technology.
