TechInSA, formerly known as BioSA, is seeking a new CEO.

A South Australian Government agency, TechInSA, which was established in 2001, works with industry to bring innovative products and technologies developed in the state  to global markets.

It offers start-ups and early stage companies customised programs including grants, business and marketing assistance, lab and office space, and access to global networks.

TechInSA supports a range of sectors, including biotechnology and medtech.

The new CEO, in partnership with the Board, will be responsible for implementation of major objectives outlined in the TechInSA strategic plan and operational management of the organisation.  The organisation is responsible to the South Australian Minister for Science and Information Economy.

According to the job description, the ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and technical background, complemented by experience in industry in comparatively complex senior management roles.
