Leading life sciences law firm DibbsBarker has been acquired by global law firm Dentons.
The acquisition will take effect on 1 May 2018 and include 17 DibbsBarker partners and other DibbsBarker staff.
DibbsBarker is prominent in the life sciences sector and a very active member of AusBiotech.

Dentons has a global network of more than 8,800 lawyers serving 70 countries on six continents. It has Australian offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, and, as a result of the DibbsBarker acquisition will have lawyers in Brisbane from 1 May.
