Medicinal cannabis company Althea Group Holdings (ASX:AGH) has announced the appointment of Matt Adams as a non-executive director.
Mr Adams is an experienced finance professional with over 25 years of executive-level experience across corporate finance, restructuring, and turnaround sectors. He has held senior leadership positions for listed and unlisted entities.
Mr Adams is currently the managing director of Dynamic Corporate Investments, a boutique corporate finance firm specialising in restructuring, corporate advisory, and investment.
Althea said Mr Adams's extensive experience will provide valuable strategic insights as it executes its growth initiatives.
