The WILD Program (Women in Leadership Development) is offering Victorian mid-career STEM women the opportunity to undergo leadership and business training, including the Australian Institute of Company Directors flagship course.
The program that is supported by the federal government is designed to build qualifications, skills and confidence to help women attain senior leadership roles and company directorships.
Designed by women and for women the program aims to promote gender equity in STEM leadership roles. The WILD program provides participants with a certified qualification, leadership skills, networking opportunities and connection to a senior STEM mentor. This program is being led by Centre for Eye Research Australia with a project team comprising STEM professionals across Victoria.
WILD is open to Victorian women in the science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) sector.
