Resonance Health (ASX:RHT) has announced that Benjamin Carruthers has been appointed its chief financial officer and is expected to commence the role in October.
Mr Carruthers is an experienced professional with over 20 years experience in advisory, restructuring and turnaround in listed and private entities across a range of industries, including mining and resources, services, retail, manufacturing, aquaculture and marine, education and training, and franchising.
The company said he brings extensive experience in M&A transactions, due diligence, modelling, and financial management.
He most recently served as the general manager of SFM Marine, and before that, he was an executive director at Korda Mentha.
