Registrations have opened for the much-anticipated International BioFest 2016 that will combine three major events in one week in Melbourne (24 – 27 October 2016), making it the largest life sciences gathering ever seen in Australia.
The International BioFest 2016 will comprise:
- The 17th International Biotechnology Symposium and Exhibition (IBS 2016);
- AusBiotech 2016, Australia’s life sciences conference; and,
- Australia Biotech Invest 2016, Australia’s life sciences investment showcase.
Providing outstanding networking opportunities, events will include a welcome reception, gala BioFest conference dinner, closing event and IBS handover, along with the Business Matching Program to schedule meetings with other delegates from the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, life sciences, business, investment, research and health industries.
Dinner tickets are purchased separately, at the special once-off price of $98.00. Accommodation can be booked during the registration process and all registrations, except day passes, include business matching. The combined Exhibition Hall will showcase more than 150 companies.
GOLD REGISTRATIONS: Include entry to IBS 2016, AusBiotech 2016 and Australia Biotech Invest 2016 sessions.
SILVER REGISTRATIONS: Include entry to IBS 2016 and AusBiotech 2016 sessions.
SINGLE EVENT REGISTRATIONS: Include entry to sessions of one event: IBS 2016 or AusBiotech 2016 or Australia Biotech Invest 2016.
DAY PASSES: Include entry to sessions for one day for: IBS 2016 and/or AusBiotech 2016 (Thursday includes access to IBS only). Those wanting to access business matching, can upgrade for $300.

IBS 2016, the 17th International Biotechnology Symposium and Exhibition, is a biennial gathering of the scientific and industrial communities of biotechnologists and green chemists comprising academics, researchers, students, company executives, government and entrepreneurs.
