Phosphagenics (ASX: POH) has announced that its former CEO and founder, Mr Harry Rosen, will step down as the company's President and Executive Director.
"Mr Rosen has worked tirelessly for the Company in many roles and played a critical role in directing the Company through recent turbulent times," it said in a statement.
In the statement, the company praised Mr Rosen's role in guiding the company following the resignation and subsequent incarceration of former CEO Dr Esra Ogru who pleaded guilty to seven charges of obtaining financial advantage by deception from the company.
"Mr Rosen has been dynamic in driving the Phosphagenics technology across a very broad range of opportunities which has seen the company over its 15 years of existence partner with many Pharma groups both big and small," it said.
Mr Rosen's departure follows that of former Chairman and Non-Executive Director, Mr Lawrence Gozlan, who decided to step down from the Board in May to focus on all his other business interests and commitments.
