Ken Wyatt has become the first indigenous cabinet minister, as Minister for Indigenous Australians, while former health minister Sussan Ley has returned to the ministry in the environment portfolio.
The prime minister has Stuart Robert as Minister for the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Government Services. Linda Reynolds is the new defence minister.
