AusBiotech, on behalf of MTPConnect, invites you to express your interest in attending a roundtable discussion to provide your feedback on MTPConnect’s Draft 10-Year Sector Competitiveness Plan (SCP).
The Medical Technologies and Pharmaceuticals Growth Centre (MTPConnect) is part of the Federal Government’s $248 million Industry Growth Centres Initiative.
MTPConnect has released the draft plan to boost the competitiveness, productivity and innovative capacity of Australia’s medical technologies, biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. This 10-year strategic plan is intended to be a blueprint for “a more innovative and entrepreneurial Australia and position us to seize the next wave of economic prosperity”.
The discussions at the roundtable events will target key areas of the Draft Sector Competitiveness Plan including:
• Sector growth priorities;
• MTPConnect’s role and actions;
• Knowledge priorities.
MTPConnect is seeking feedback through a number of these roundtable discussions with associations and their members before releasing the Final SCP in Q4, 2016.
This is your opportunity to provide feedback and help shape the direction of the growth of the medtech, biotech and pharmaceutical sectors in Australia.
