MTPConnect has appointed experienced industry and R&D executive Alex Fowkes as a new non-executive director.
Mr Fowkes is returning to Australia from Singapore after serving as chief strategy officer for WuXi NextCODE.
Mr Fowkes was previously with WuXi AppTec, a privately-owned global pharmaceutical and device open-access capability and technology platform company, where he worked in senior roles for commercial operations and business development.
His career has also included fifteen years at Pfizer in a number of management roles including in Asia Research Strategy and Operations, Worldwide Research and Development and Head of Legal Affairs, Australia and New Zealand.
Mr Fowkes holds a Bachelor of Law from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry, Pharmacology from the University of Queensland.
