Medical Developments International (ASX:MVP) has announced the appointment of Tara Eaton as its general counsel and company secretary.
Ms Eaton joins the company from the Australian Red Cross (ARC) where she has served as general counsel since October 2018. Prior to her current role with the ARC, she spent more than ten years in the industry, including three years as legal and compliance director at Gilead Sciences Australia and New Zealand, and more than seven years as legal director at MSD in Australia.
