Registrations are now open for the Australia China Health Summit 2015, co-hosted by AusBiotech and the Australia China Business Council Vic (ACBC).
The Summit will be held at the Park Hyatt Melbourne on 11 August 2015 and will encourage attendees to share knowledge about engaging in China and gain expert views and experiences of others who have successfully created linkages and partnerships in China.
An excellent educational and networking opportunity, the Summit will bring together key stakeholders of the Australian and international sector to discuss the health industry and opportunities afforded by the Australia/China relationship.
Topics on the agenda for the Summit include implications of the Free Trade Agreement, an overview of the Chinese health market, practical information for engaging with China, medical research and commercialisation, health services, investment in Victoria and partnering case studies.
9.00am – 12.30pm: Official opening and plenary sessions
12.30 – 1.30pm: Luncheon addressed by the Hon John Brumby
1.30 – 4.00pm: Concurrent streams (1: Heath services and workforce development, 2: Medical Research and Commercialisation, 3: Invest in Victoria.)
4.00 – 6.00pm: Networking drinks
