Final days to vote for new AusBiotech Director

Voting for the AusBiotech’s election ballot close on 14 October, which looks to elect a director to the one available position on the Board. Eligible members are urged to have their say and vote through the online voting emailed directly to them.

Two excellent candidates are nominated for for the vacant position: Dr Serge Scrofani, PhD MBA GAICD, CSL Limited and Dr Graeme Wald, PhD MBA GAICD, OneVentures.

The election outcome will be announced at the 2019 Annual General Meeting of AusBiotech Ltd, which will be held at the AusBiotech national conference at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Wednesday 30 October 2019 at 12.30 pm – and all members are invited to attend.

Members who are entitled to vote at the AGM have the right to appoint a proxy and should use the proxy form available on the AusBiotech website, or on request from AusBiotech on (03) 9828 1400 or election@ausbiotech.org.

AusBiotech 2019 is Australia's premier life science conference, facilitating valuable networking and learning opportunities for its delegates. It is run by industry, for industry, and draws life science experts, researchers, companies and investors from around the world to one central location.

The conference features a three-day programme of panel discussions, workshops, keynote presentations, and fora, business matching through AusBiotech’s AusPartnering programme, and an extensive trade exhibition.

AusBiotech 2019 will be held in Melbourne from October 30 to November 1, and more than 1,100 delegates from 20 countries are expected to attend.
