A number of AusBiotech committees are seeking new members and AusBiotech is calling for expressions of interest to join selected committees.
AusBiotech’s work in the life sciences industry is informed by and driven by a strong network of state-based and program committees. The full listing of these groups can be viewed online.
The Queensland Branch Committee, chaired by Dr Ryan Parlett (Patheon), is seeking two new members and two sub-committee members. The committee would especially like to welcome one new biotech company member, one university member and two new members to its Ag Sub-Committee.
South Australian Branch Committee
The South Australian Branch Committee, chaired by Mathew Palmer (INC Research), is seeking three new members. The committee would especially like to welcome one new biotech or medtech company member, one university member and on member in agricultural biotech.
West Australian Branch Committee
The West Australian Branch Committee, chaired by Dr Richard Hopkins, is seeking two new members and would especially like to welcome one new medtech company member, one new intellectual property advisory member.
AusMedtech Conference Program Committee 2018
The AusMedtech Conference Program Committee is refreshed annually and the Chair for 2018 is Mr Peter Bradley (Vice President Global Business Development, LBT Innovations). Other 2018 program committee members are: returning members include Milica Talic (Head of Regulatory Affairs Asia Pacific, Cook Medical) and Lucia Guthrie (Chair, Clever Cell Cultures); and new members, Rachel Hook (Partner, FB Rice) and Paul Carboon (Eco System and Business Development Manager, Hydrix).
The HEEP is a sub-committee of AusMedtech, chaired by Sarah Griffin (Principal, Medtechnique Consulting). This sub-committee would be pleased to welcome two new members.
