Nominations are now open for the AusBiotech Board as it seeks to elect one new director.
The election outcome will be announced at the 2017 Annual General Meeting of AusBiotech Ltd to be held at the AusBiotech national conference at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Wednesday 25 October 2017 at 12.30pm – and all members are invited to attend.
The call for nominations opened yesterday (14 August 2017) and notification has been sent to all eligible Members with details and the nomination form. Nomination will close 11 September 2017. Further notification of the final candidates will be sent when the nominees are confirmed and voting opens on 18 September 2017.
Members who are entitled to vote at the AGM have the right to appoint a proxy and should use the proxy form available on the AusBiotech website.
